Values in action: Celebrating team promotions

We’re delighted to announce the promotions of Ben Randall to Director and Nicola Doyle to Senior Consultant.

Ben and Nicola exemplify these values, consistently bringing insight and impact to our clients and team.

Ben joins the Directors group after joining us in 2022 as a Senior Consultant. His leadership has guided numerous engagements with a keen focus on strategic clarity, high trust relationships, and delivering measurable impact for clients. He has led engagements with the Royal Society to review governance effectiveness, led the Royal Pharmaceutical Society’s Constitution and Governance review, and supported Northern Ireland’s Department for the Economy on understanding the future of advanced wireless.

Nicola joined Firetail in 2021 and has led diverse strategy and evaluation projects in education, digital rights, health and the environment. She has been instrumental in shaping our work with the British Council, The Fred Hollows Foundation, the Centre for Mental Health Law & Policy, and the Tor Project. Her expertise has also supported WWF UK, Access Now, the Global Public Investment Network, and many others.
