Sandra Tasić joins Firetail

We're excited to welcome our new Director, Sandra Tasić.

With a career marked by a commitment to social progress, strategic thinking, and global collaboration, Sandra brings an abundance of passion and experience to the Firetail team.

Sandra joins us from the Gates Foundation, where she served as a Strategy Officer for five years. In this role, she led strategy engagements that advanced the foundation's global policy and advocacy efforts in Africa and South-East Asia.

Before that, Sandra worked for Booz Allen Hamilton, leading large-scale government transformation projects to ensure all Americans have adequate access to healthcare. She was also a Fellow of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, where she led policy research into migration issues.

Sandra has worked successfully across non-profit, government and philanthropic sectors. She is passionate about global health, human rights, and migrant protection.

As part of the leadership team at Firetail, alongside Andy Martin and Rachel McLachlan, Sandra will lead and contribute to our work in strategy development, policy and advocacy strategy, and impact evaluation for global social progress organisations.
