We are pleased to share our 2024 Impact Report.

Firetail’s purpose is to help impact-driven organisations realise their ambitions for society.

The challenges our clients tackle - from global health to climate change, from science and innovation to human rights – continue to grow in complexity and urgency. In 2024, we worked with clients and our partners across four continents and 15 countries. Our greatest impact comes through the work we do with them.

The report shares some of the highlights from our year, including case studies about our work and our clients’ experience of working with us.

We would like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to all of them for their trust in us, our work together, and their support through the year.

The report is also a milestone in our journey towards social and environmental responsibility as a company. Impact reporting creates a point of annual reflection - to look back on the year, to assess our own environmental and social performance, and to report back.

In 2024, we continued to build on our B Corp certification. This certification remains central to codifying our beliefs about purpose-driven business. We also continued our membership in 1% for the Planet – the global network of businesses and environmental organisations committed to supporting people and planet.
