Ben Randall joins Firetail

We’re delighted to welcome Ben Randall to the Firetail team as a Senior Consultant.

Ben joins us after 10 years working for and with the UK Government delivering a wide range of strategic analysis, futures, and organisational design projects.

Most recently, Ben supported a UK Government department in designing and implementing a new national horizon scanning business unit.

He joins the Firetail team to help us to further the support we can offer to social progress organisations in strategy development, futures thinking, and especially organisational design and development.

Importantly, Ben is joined by Katsu, who is already making a great contribution to the team.
